For the 2023 – 2024 school year, parents are able to opt in to clinic services and mandated health screenings in one of two ways: paper form or Skyward. Parental consent must be obtained on a yearly basis.

If a parent provides consent in the digital platform, Skyward, then school staff would only need to ensure that they have received consent for the student.
